Jae Vonne Teague,

is a speaker, writer, media professional, faith-based coach, and Founder of She Talks Life LLC, a multimedia platform dedicated to inspiring women to heal, grow, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising, Jae began her career in local television as a Local Sales Assistant with FOX 10 News in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the next decade, she built a successful career in broadcast and digital media, working with leading television stations including Arizona's Family (CBS 5 News and 3TV) and CW affiliates in both Phoenix and Dallas-Fort Worth.

Throughout her media career, Jae partnered with hundreds of local businesses to develop strategic advertising and digital marketing campaigns that helped drive growth and brand awareness. Her expertise spans digital strategy, media sales, content creation, and audience engagement. Her dedication and leadership earned her numerous opportunities for professional development, industry training, and expanded roles within the television industry.

Jae expanded her career beyond marketing and into on-air media. She created and hosted a recurring inspirational segment within a locally produced lifestyle show, launching her journey as a television personality. She has since hosted interviews, covered red-carpet events, appeared in commercial productions, and served as an on-camera contributor for various media projects.

In 2020, Jae founded She Talks Life LLC, a faith-based media brand that empowers women through inspirational content, personal development resources, and a digital and print magazine. Through her platform, she creates meaningful conversations centered around faith, purpose, healing, and personal transformation.

Beyond her professional accomplishments:

Jae's greatest testimony is one of resilience and redemption. After enduring years of domestic abuse, she found the courage to reclaim her voice and rebuild her life through faith. What began as a painful chapter became the foundation for a greater calling.

Today, Jae uses her experiences to encourage and equip women who are overcoming adversity, helping them heal from emotional wounds, rediscover their identity, and step confidently into the purpose God has designed for their lives. Through speaking, coaching, writing, and media, her mission is to remind women that their past does not define them—God's purpose does.

Jae is the proud mother of two children and remains committed to empowering women to move from surviving to thriving through faith, healing, and personal transformation.
